Dr. William Koeck, MEDICAL, DOCTOR, MD

Been using this office for about two years- they always run pretty far behind, but today we have been waiting over 2 hours and still have not been seen. We will be finding a new practice and do not recommend.

Dr. Koeck treated my Daughter twice. He is amazing, professional, competent, and very knowledgeable!

Not impressed at all with this dr. Very arrogant.

Dr. Koeck is an excellent doctor. You will find him to be not only competent but also compassionate. He provided excellent medical care and expertise regarding our surgical need.

Dr. Koeck went above and beyond in caring for our son's broken leg. He came to the hospital to check on him after hours and was very gentle and reassuring. He was very patient and explained procedures and options carefully. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel like he was in a rush to leave the room. And his staff is wonderful. Anthony and Rolando do the casts, and they were fantastic. They kept my son laughing even during the scary stuff. The x ray nurse was so sweet and gentle every time. She was very compassionate and understanding and made him feel brave when he wasn't really feeling brave. I highly recommend Dr. Koeck and his staff!

Dr. Koeck has treated each of my daughters for fractures. They happened about a year apart and both times we had a great experience. We were able to get appointments the same day we called. He is a complete expert in his field and spent as much time as we needed answering questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. I highly recommend Dr. Koeck.

Was on time to see the Dr. for a simple follow-up post cast. Had question as to why classic "Torus(buckle) fracture" was listed, diagnosed as "Colles fracture" on original visit paperwork. Didn't know if it changes the billable amount as Colles is more serious fracture. X-rays were taken about 20minutes after being called back (10min after 3:30 appt. time)Then waited over an hour with our 6yo Reagan and 8yo brother in the small room. Those who know, know what I am saying. We asked once at about 20min after x-rays how long and were told "one other pt. before you" at 1hr 20minutes (4:50)we had no more time or patience to spend waiting for what should have taken less than 5-minutes face time with the Dr. Poor time management and awareness for the Dr. - if its the staff over booking appointments to ensure "he" is not kept waiting by us mere income producing individuals - make sure you run it like a business that knows there are other competitive choices for better service and treatment.
