Dr Martin is an excellent doctor. These bad reviews are all from the same person I am sure. If any of that was true it would be documented with the state board.

Martin totally misdiagnosed my eye problem and caused my eyes to be mistreated for over a year until he was no longer at Midwest Optical and I had to see a doctor who discovered his misdiagnosis and is now trying to set things right. He also botched a cataract surgery on my brother causing serious issues. Good riddance!

This greedy doctor tells everyone they have cataracts. If you believe you were going to have or had unnecessary cataract surgery, please do yourself and others a worthwhile service by reporting him to the OH Medical Board.

He stole money from a bunch of his employees 401k to cover his payroll. We never got our money back. He stole mine and I was a young mom of two kids. He is a shyster.. Not a wholesome individuals. He threaten his employees with termination if they tried to re coup their monies. I went to attorney and the reason he threatened everyone is he knew in order to re coup our losses it had to be a class action law suit. He knew most would be snowflakes and not file. They ate it. I left. Not a man I would ever trust again.

He has left my mother needing to have a cornea transplant in both eyes, following cataract removal, Lasik, and Lasik revision surgeries. She was told by a specialist that that he has fixed thousands of Dr. Martin's surgical mistakes. He needs to lose his license before he blinds another patient, like my mother.

Dr. Martin said I had cataracts that were so bad I would not pass my next driver's license exam. I have seen another doctor and what Dr. Martin said was a total lie. I was told he tells almost everyone the same story as he told me. I have the beginning stages of cataracts.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with optivue now Midwest eye consultants. Unfriendly staff, Horrible wait time, my last 3 appointments took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours just to check my eyes. On another note, I am almost 7 months post op for my PRK surgery and still am unable to see. I'm getting another opinion from a different doctor tomorrow because this is just ridiculous. The times I did see Dr. Martin, I was trying to address concerns I had while he kept trying to walk out of the exam room, like I was inconveniencing him, the appointment wasn't even over.

He was great!
