Dr Miller You Always provide quick and detailed exams . I greatly appreciate the matter of fact -no non sense discussions we have regarding my health and how to maintain it . At my recent appointment you also referred me to a new pharmacy that is trying to SAVE patients Money on their Medications. Thanks Dr Mitchell, Your referral resulted in the Pharmacist (Rahul Gandhi) Checking before filling the prescription for any discounts with the Insurance Carrier -- And instead of getting All my pills at once at a Co-Pay Cost of $80 - He is filling the order with 6 pills at a time and my Co-Pay Is $3 for each 6 Pills--Saves me 87.5% each time. I have a 7mm stone that is starting to hurt! Dr. Mitchell treats you like a drug addict if you call in about pain! I have NEVER been so offended in my life! It is Friday afternoon and looks like I will have to go to the Emergency Room and spend a small fortune due to this doctors NEGLECT!

MY APPOINTMENT WAS STRANGE TO SAY THE LEAST..! I ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT HAD TOO WAIT 1 HR & 25 MINUTES BEFORE I SAW THE DOCTOR (OFFICE WAS NOT BUSY)...! THE CLINIC IS/WAS VERY DARK, DANK , DINGY & IS IN NEED OF A GOOD HOUSE CLEANING & PAINT JOB THROUGH-OUT...! THIS OFFICE IS NOTHING SHORT OF A MAN-CAVE...! WHEN YOU ENTER THE OFFICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT...YOU SEE NO OFFICE STAFF. ONLY A BELL RINGS & YOU ARE FACING 2 SLIDING GLASS WINDOWS THAT YOU CANNOT SEE THROUGH (MILK-GLASS). AFTER SOME TIME HAS PASSED....ONLY THEN WILL THE WINDOW OPEN & YOU WILL BE ADDRESSED BY A PERSON WHO WILL INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS / VISIT? THE OFFICE STAFF ALSO NEEDS A GOOD SCRUBBING & CHANGE OF CLOTHES (VERY SLOPPY)...! THIS VISIT TOOK 3 HOURS OUT OF MY DAY AND I ONLY LIVE A FEW SHORT MILES FROM THE UROLOGY CLINIC...! WHAT A STRANGE LITTLE MEDICAL OFFICE & STAFF THIS IS...!

Kept having bleeding and dr said it was just infection For 4 years. Went to another dr and he found kidney cancer in two days! Had been there for at least 5 years

Dr. Mitchell is very knowledgeable, thinks outside the box, is very compassionate, and willing to spend the time required on complex cases. As one new to this area, I am very pleased to find such an excellent physician and his caring, competent staff.

Sorry this is long--don't know what to leave out.I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment although I had an acute bladder infection. In the mean time, I went to a walk in clinic. The infection worsened and I went to an internist. The first med from her seemed to clear it up, but it came back a couple of days after I finished the meds. She started me on another antibiotic to try while I waited for my appt with Dr. Mitchell. I was allergic to it and had to stop it.When I saw Dr. Mitchell, he spent a lot of time with me and started me on another round of antibiotics and scheduled me to come back in 3 weeks.But a couple of days later the bladder infection flared up even worse than before. I went to Dr. Mitchell's office and left another specimen. They still had not gotten my labs from the other doctor. I called the next day and the med did not return my call. Finally, two days later I got through to the med asst and she said the other doctor's office still had not faxed my… results to them.In the mean time I am missing work and not getting paid!I drove over to the other doctor's office and was told they had faxed the results twice to Dr. Mitchell's office. I took a copy directly over to Dr. Mitchell's office myself this morning--still no response!!!I find it appalling to be waiting 5 days to get help and still not sure they will help me.
