Dr. William Horace Noland, MD

This man is unprofessional, unethical and has no Focus or listens. Extremely inaccurate with Botox areas and lacks accountability. If you see him please be careful

We love Dr. Noland! My 20 year old son was diagnosed with MS last year and Dr. Noland has been unbelievably professional and kind. We never feel rushed. He goes over all the medical terms in detail to help us understand. He recommended Copaxone and it's been successful. No new lesions! I can't give this excellent man enough praise. He's such a warm human being too. His nurse Kathleen is top notch and organized. Thank God for these two!

Dr Nolan deamenor was cold and abrupt. I hope he treats his other parents better and explains his procedure better to them then he did to me.

I have what is still considered a rare disease. I had symptoms since 2009 and had seen every doctor under the sun and tried tons of alternative treatments without help. In 2014 Dr. Noland was able to correctly diagnose me on my first visit. I'm not going to lie I wasn't so sure about him the first couple times I saw him, he is quite eccentric, but then again every neurologist I have ever seen is also eccentric in their own way. He is also quirky which at first throws you off but later on is so appreciated, it lightens the mood to what's not so pleasant. I soon realized his best quality is his huge heart. He truly cares about your well being. Yes you will have some long waits at times but here's why, because he will never rush you, he will address all your concerns and take care of whatever needs to be addressed at the time whether he's behind or not, he will work you into and already severely overbooked schedule if you are in dire need. So, I patiently wait my turn. He is also so down… to earth, the most down to earth doctor I have ever met. Let's not forget the amazing staff. From the check-in staff to the back office staff they are all so welcoming. They are always so busy but yet so friendly. A lot of them even remember your name. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate having them on my side with this difficult chronic illness I have deal with.

If there was a way to give less than one star I would. Avoid this Dr. at all costs., Went to him for headaches and he ordered a battery of tests. Had me convinced I had an aneurysm. After the CT, MRI and brain. angiogram (very frightening procedure), I went back to his office to get a game plan. Was put in a exam room with another patients info up on the computer, hello HIPAA violation. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, he came in and was extremely rude. He was very impatient and dismissive with questions like, "where is the aneurysm at" and "what should I do about the aneurysm?" He wouldn't look at the rash on my legs where the angiogram was started, told me that he doesn't do rashes and said he sends rashes to the dermatologist. He then told me he wasn't a "headache" doctor and that he doesn't have the patience to deal with patients with headaches. Although he said he gets headaches all the time but he would never personally undergo the tests done that he had ordered… for me, that they were to invasive. Proceeded to tell me that if the medication he prescribed didn't work, that my issue wasn't medical in nature but psychological and that he wasn't a counselor and that I needed to get a hobby. I was so shocked I didn't say any thing. As I was walking out he told me to make a follow up appointment with his nurse practitioner. No thank you. What a nutcase.

The best Doctor ever!!

He could be more nicer to his patients.

This doctor is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. He mixed up my Botox dosages and when asked about it, wouldn't answer my questions. He was very rude and defensive, and yelled when asked simple questions. He made out-of-line statements about my personal life and was very arrogant and demeaning. His actual treatment was rushed and full of errors. This doctor should be investigated immediately.

Dr. N oland has a quirky personality and I love him for it. He has always been kind, caring and considerate. I have been seeing him since 1990. What more can I say#

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR EVER. UNPREPARED. HAD NO CLUE OF THE HISTORY OF DIAGNOSTIC TESTS HE ORDERED. INSULTING. LECTURING. CONSTANTLY COMPLAINED ABOUT: HOW HE WAS OVER WORKED... "I'm only doing this because I have a wife and kids. Otherwise I'd be living in a small town in Texas and never telling anyone I was a doctor." AGGRAVATED BY HIS PATIENTS..."Patients are stupid and rude." THIS THE FIRST THING HE SAID WHEN ENTERING THE EXAMINING ROOM, COMPLETELY SELF ABSORBED. VAUGE RESPONSES TO SIMPLE, DIRECT QUESTIONS. OBVIOUSLY ANGRY AND DISTRACTED BY EITHER/OR BOTH UNHAPPY CIRCUMSTANCES IN HIS LIFE. I COULD GO ONE AND ON WITH QUOTES, NOT JUST OBSERVATIONS. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS PERSON TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT AT THE McDONALD'S DRIVE THRU.
