in the beginning years the doctor was always caring and easy to get in to see. Now it takes a minimum of two to three weeks. so don't get sick and expect to see the doctor. He is only there for routine visits. He will not let you discuss more than ONE medical issue. You will then have to make another visit. Medical test results do not get delivered in a timely manner. My last ex-ray result was given after a week and only after demanding the result. He does not work with the specialist that he referred me to and did not take her suggestions for medical care. On top of that he belittled me for the medical condition I have.

I have been with Dr. Riley for the past 14 years and at 58 years of age, have found him to be the best doctor I have ever had. Although I could find doctors within a few miles of my home, I am willing to drive the 24 miles for this quality care. With other doctors, I have felt shuffled through like cattle and acquired a disdain for doctors, until 14 years ago.Quality care and quality service.

Dr. Riley is a doctor that is kind and compassionate. He has always taken the time to answer any and all questions I have gone to see him about. The wait time is usually 10 minutes or less and I have been able to get appointments on short notice or even been squeezed in on the same day when necessary. The office staff is always friendly!

My mother is a patient of Dr. Riley's, she had hurt her back and we stopped by after the chiropractor, Dr. Riley came out to the car so that she did not have to go in. He gave her drive up service. Awesome. I was so impressed I am now a patient, and they actually call you after your visit to check on you.

Dr. Riley listens to concerns, is very personable. He never does any "drive by" doctoring which is the norm these days. His office staff is best, will work with you when it comes to paying the ever changing, wonky co-pays/deductables. The office is clean, welcoming and centrally located (for me anyway).Dr. Riley is highly recommended by me if you need a family doc.

Dr. Riley is one of a kind...to most doctors you are a number...Dr. Riley is truely invested in his patients. He even calls to check on you when you are not well...you just don't get that kind of personal care anymore...would recommend Dr. Riley to anyone!

Dr. Riley is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very professional and cares about his patients health. He also has a great sense of humor. Dr. Riley gives test results within a reasonalble amount of time and he always give the BEST quality care for his patients...

I've went through plenty of primary care physicians, but Dr. Riley is hands down the best. He cares about his patients health, and it shows in the fact that he takes time to discuss your health issues rather than rushing you out the door. He follows up with you, and makes sure that you get what you need from your insurance company.
