Dr. Schwartz is rude and staff is incompetent.

He is a good Dr if you can get to him. Now that he is only taking appointments it is next to impossible to get in to see him. I have called to try and make an appointment for 2 days. I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time and NOBODY answered the phone. Looks like I need to find a different DR.

I don't know why I even continue to go here. There standard of care all the way around is way below average!! I would never trust them with something catastrophic with my health!! I am searching for a real doctor at this time!

I was with Dr. Schwartz for several years and had to change doctors due to moving. It was a mistake, I am now back with Dr. Schwartz and am getting better. Some people may get mad at him because he is very blunt and forward with you, if you are fat he tells you, you need to lose weight, he doesn't sugar coat and play childish games. You are there to get better, not just 'feel good' about yourself. I appreciate this in a Doctor, in anyone actually. I had what turned out to be lift threatening problems, and he is getting me back to a healthy lifestyle. I will continue to stay with him.

Excellent doctor! Well-versed and up to date with all medical issues. Easy to talk to. Great staff!

Dr. Schwartz was very helpful and to the point. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. The staff and reception desk was awful. So rude and act irritated that someone is even there to see the doctor. I also ended up waiting 20 min in the waiting room and an hour in my assigned room. This happened all three times that I went. Definitely do not intend on going back. Note to dr. Swchartz, get a more friendly, helpful staff.

after several years of the passive aggressive attitude the staff finally won and I asked for my records so I could go elsewhere. You always feel like they're against you over there. I should have gotten out sooner.
