After 25 years in the office, Dr. Simpson is now 100% house calls. He spends as much time as you need, any time of day or night, in any location. Amazing service from a board-certified, experienced, compassionate physician :)

Terrible doctor. no compassion

My husband has seen this Dr. for a physical exam as well as a couple of sick visits and he seems as if he could care less. I used to be a patient of his for several years and changed to another Dr. in the practice. I felt like Dr. Simpson's bed side manner was changing for the worse. I increasingly felt like I was being judged instead of diagnosed. I don't know if he's burned out or what. I thought maybe he was better suited for male patients and told my husband to give him a try. My husbands last visit with him was truely his last. Dr. Simpson did not even look at the area of problem, nor did he even approach him, and advised he take advil if it became worse, no advice on what do otherwise. He spent less than 3-5 min and My husband ended up at an urgent care with a completely different diagnosis and was treated appropriately with antibiotics. I understand that the Dr.'s time with a patient is limited, but the lack of interest is disconcerting. I highly recommend Dr. Maoury, who has… never made me feel like he doesn't care.

The only good comments where written by his family and friends. He really only cares about money oh and drinking beer. If you have elderly parents I highly recommend that you take them to another doctor.

Dr. William Simpson is the very best. Good listener, proper diagnosis, plus entire staff is amazingly nice!

My son rushed form his high school, a 35 min drive, to make a 10am appt. Arrived at 10:12am and was turned away. Was told this doctor will not see patients who arrive more than 5mins late. Did charge the $25 no show fee though. So beware, he seems to care more about money than patients. We see other doctors in the practice and they are great. Sometimes you have to wait a while to be seen but the others are good doctors so that is okay, but will never ever see this doctor again, all he cares about is the money he can make!

Provided no choice in healthcare decisions-was mandated to use one organization by him and told if I did not use them he would not order the care.

I,as well as my immediate family members have been treated by Dr. Simpson for years. We continue to consider him as our 'Doctor of Choice' due to the competence of his staff and his proven abilities. He is consistently professional, & attentive to your medical needs. He appears to be open-minded & interested in helping so he listens to your problems, & when he is not in the office there is sufficient backup support. Refilling prescriptions has also been prompt.

Dr. Simpson has been my doctor for seeral years. I have the highest regard for him and his staff. I trust him with my life. My immediate family sees him also. I would not change a thing about him. If anyone has a concern, let him know and he will take care of it.
