Dr. William Lawrence Surbeck II, MD

Cruel, ignorant, horrible person and provider. Caused death of colleague Patri Sheehan who was brilliant. Unforgivable. Please do not see this awful provider. Mean, should never be allowed to practice medicine.

His office staff is awful. He would not address my symptoms. It is almost impossible to get a message taken by his staff as they transfer led me around repeatedly instead of just taking a message. This was a pattern and not a one time incident.

Everyone was rude! Receptionist, nurse & Dr. I almost died due to his inattention. I didn't question his orders but I should of! I hope no one has to go through this.

I have been with Dr surbeck since he took over this practice. I was one of his first patients. He takes time with his patients and listens to what the problem is. He don't rush. He always has a diagnosis. I really like him

My Surgeon and Oncologist @ Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa referred me to Dr Surbeck. He is so kind, and consistantly goes above and beyond to help me. His receptionist Nichole has a super attitude. I have been glad to refer some of my friends and family to him.

Dr. Surbeck takes time with me. Excellent bed side manner and he is compassionate, takes his time with me and verry concerned about my health.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

The best. Dr. Surbeck has taken care of me probably 25 years or so. He also took care of my Mother and we all love him. My Mother didn't walk the last 28 years of her life from a car wreck, and many other problems through the years and he was so kind and listens to what you are telling him and he really cares

The only doctor/specialist I have ever been to where I did not have to spend 30-60 min in the waiting room first! Dr Surbeck is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. He takes the time to listen, answer questions and explain treatment methods & options.

I waited over a year for a diagnosis and a referral to see a rheumatologist. Just to be told he couldn't help me and for me to come back when the pain got too bad I could barely walk. Horrible bedside manner will not be returning.
