Dr. William Stanley Vachon, MD

I went to the ER because I was suicidal. I was as low as it gets and needed help. I waited, alone and desperate, and listened to this self important JERK stand directly outside the open door to the exam room I was in and school some nurses on methods for one to fatally overdose. (There was another patient currently there who had intentionally overdosed on a substance one wouldn't normally think of.) Dr. Vachon spoke very loudly and even repeated himself, as if giving a college lecture. I had no idea who this blowhard was until he came in to "treat" me. I let him know that I had clearly heard him. He didn't have the humility to even acknowledge or apologize for his crass insensitivity. His defenses were raised. After sitting there, freezing, thirsty, and unchecked for 4 more hours, he ultimately told me there was not a room available for me there, which I later found out to not be true. I could go on...but, let me sum up by saying his behavior was despicable and he should change… careers. I seriously question whether I would seek help again. It was that bad.

Prescribed proper meds for high BP. Corrected within an hour.

Extremely arrogant and rude. No compassion or empathy for patients. Didn’t take time to listen or discuss visit. Talked down to us the entire time. Very disgusted with his behavior and personality.

My experience with Dr. Caching was horrible. He was extremely arrogant & rude. I left still not knowing what was wrong with me & he also said my condition was not serious!!! half of my face was drawn & my speech was completely slurred. It wasn't better when I googled him to find his mug shot pop up. I'm not sure what kind of Doctor BG is hiring but surely they could have done better. It was absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received!

Was in a car accident. Laid out on stretcher in hospital hallway for an hour before being assessed. Was given no x-ray or scan after complaining of head/back discomfort.
