I am a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in New York City and a faculty member at Lenox Hill Hospital and the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. I perform a broad range of plastic surgery including facial, breast, and body aesthetic surgery, microvascular surgery, as well as reconstructive surgery. My joy is seeing patients whose lives are enhanced by my work.

Dr. Dec is amazing.. very compassionate.. he makes you feel like everything will be fine .. I trusted him through my process and he was there every step of the way.. The best doctor I ever had.. truly grateful he was in charge of my care..

Dr. Dec is amazing. He has a warm and personable demeanor.He explained every step of the process from start to finish. And he did a wonderful job with my reduction. This is the best I’ve felt in years ! Thank you Dr. Dec!!!!

When I first met Dr. Dec he shared his concerns for my procedure because I’m diabetic. We had extensive conversation about the risks and I was thankful for that. He ended the conversation by saying while he wasn’t comfortable and couldn’t promise fantasy results he said if you trust me I’ll do my best. Well did he?!!! He exceeded them. I wanted a bilateral mastectomy after my 4th suggested lumpectomy but second in 2018. I couldn’t deal anymore and wanted them gone. He was so patient throughout the whole ordeal (so was my Breast Surgeon Dr. Jennifer Lehman) and after 13 hours the day before Thanksgiving they were gone and replaced....while I’m still recovering he hasn’t let me down! And me and my family are forever grateful and thankful for my new lease on life!!!

Dr dec is an incredibly talented and compassionate plastic surgeon. I first met Dr. Dec when he took care of my mother and reconstructed her breasts using her belly fat as part of her breast cancer treatment. This was done at the same time as her mastectomy. Breast cancer runs in our family and we are so grateful that we were able to find him. He has the warmest heart and is a truly talented plastic surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone near and far.
