Dr. Xiaolan Zhu, MD

Dr. Zhu is the best doctor I have ever had in my 81 years. She saved my quality of life.

It's rare to find a doctor as caring and compassionate as Dr. Zhu. She is never rushed, and her calm demeanor and gentle ways foster trust and create an excellent therapeutic experience. She offers the best of both Eastern and Western medical expertise. What is even rarer is to encounter an office staff like Dr. Zhu's. They are professional and polite, but also cheerful and friendly.

Dr. Zhu is a wonderful internist! I have been Dr. Zhu’s patient since 2004. I consider myself very fortunate to have found her. I intend to be her patient for as long as she wants! Dr. Zhu has kept me healthy through the years. I consider her a friend. Dr. Zhu takes an interest in me as a person, so she knows me and my history. She is personable, compassionate and excellent with preventive medicine. She monitors risk areas routinely and addresses problems.

I am so thankful for Dr. Zhu. I almost gave up after seeing many doctors. Her knowledge of medicine and Accupuncture was what I needed. I am back to good health now and continue to see her to stay that way.

I've been a patient at Dr. Zhu's for years. I've been very pleased with the service I've received here. The office is new and clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The care Dr. Zhu provide is simply amazing. She is patient, honest, thorough, compassionate. I always had blood works done in the office except one time I forgot to fast. Once she even called the lab during her vacation to help me sort out problems. She really went above and beyond and always does so. Overall, this is a great place for care and I would highly recommend.

Dr. Zhu has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. She is a very responsible and knowledgeable doctor and really cares about her patients. She always spends enough time with her patients and provides clear explanations when there is a problem. She performs very thorough physical examination and never ignores any symptoms that may indicate serious illness. I know that she identifies very early stage cancer on several her patients, which is one of the very important reasons that I followed her from Tysonâ??s Corner office to current brand new office in Fairfax City. The front staff is also very friendly and always tries to accommodate my need to schedule an appointment. In short, I strongly recommend Dr. Zhu as an outstanding primary care doctor to anyone.
