Dr. Xuan Kim Tran, MD

Dr. Tran has been my primary care physician for eleven years, and I couldn't ask for better care than I receive from her and her staff.

To summarize my second and last visit, Dr. Tran lacks patience and bedside manners. Instead of listening to the patient's concerns, acknowledging that there was a miscommunication, and finding a solution, she quickly becomes defensive and berates the patient. In addition, her staff made it uncomfortable to ask questions and wanted to hurry patients out the door. Dr. Tran and her staff needs to improve on building a rapport and trust with new patients if she wants to keep them. I highly wouldn't recommend Dr. Tran if you are looking for a caring doctor.

They kept telling me my insurance rejected a particular practice's referral 3 times when the insurance company told me they never made such a request at all. Wouldn't give me written medical records for any of my visits. Were incredibly obnoxious and bossy on the phone.

Dr.Tran is a wonderful person, easy to talk to and took her time to listen.

She is very compassionate. However, she will not simply order tests or give you prescriptions just because you want them unless she feels you need it. So if you are looking for a doctor who will just hand out prescription and order tests instead of spending the time to treat your problem, she is not the one.

Was refered by my wife's father and I must say I really like this doctor.. Never had a issue with appointments easy in and out. She is always to the point.I finally found a Doctor!

I can not tell you how many scary storys I have heard about this doctor. I didn't know this at the time of my appointment, first they refused my prescription even though I had done required bloodwork/follow up visit. The nurse Sylvia is rude and unprofessional. A family friend was prescribed a diabetic drug at twice the dose, when she visited a specialist the physician informed her how severe this could have been to her health.

I am not sure if this is a family doctor. When I went it seemed to be a cosmetic type of medical clinic. The diagnosis wasn't very accurate.

Dr. Tran and her staff are professional, courteous and prompt. I was very pleased to be her patient, very very kind. I was quite grateful to be one of her patients. Two Thumbs Up!!
