Dr. Yamini Padma Chennu, MD

I was required to see a neurologist after sustaining a concussion from an automobile accident. The concussion was severe enough to prevent my immediate return to work. The experience that I had with Dr. Chennu was poor. I had much difficulty communicating with her as she would often interrupt with her own thoughts without letting me share what symptoms or concerns that I had. When attending follow up appointments, she would often say things that were completely contradictory to what she had stated before. She would get frustrated with me for still having lingering symptoms... as if this were something that I could control. Every appointment felt like a battle. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Chennu for neurological care.

She takes her time and listens well in order accurately diagnosis the issue . She is also a very nice lady but straight to the point. I found me a GREAT Neurology Doctor.

Dr. Chennu is a "to the point type of person". She is direct and had assessed other things other have overlooked. I am looking forward to finally having a diagnosis to the mixed up myriad of symptoms that I have.

For the first time I could ask all my questions to a doctor without hesitation. She took the time explain to me everything that I needed to know. She examined me thoroghly. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I do not like using medications unless it is absolutely necessary and she was very understanding about it and discussed with me all the options.Highly recommended.
