Dr. Rodríguez is an excellent doctor, she takes time to explain everything to me. Her staff is attentive and friendly! I highly recommended.

HORRIBLE doctor and human being. Do NOT USE this doctor if you are truly sick, especially in the pandemic. My mother called her sick. She said that she was at the hospital and not taking appointments that week- LIE. When we picked up a note, it was her behind the desk! When my doctor was admitted, family called to let her know. She said she would get information. No call back! Now my mother is on a ventilator and no word or follow-up from her primary. My mother was forced to go to urgent cares. Family was forced to figure it out. Stay far away. More importantly, keep loved ones away from this doctor. No call. No follow-up. I can't believe that she is a human being let alone a doctor.

The best doctor

I came across Dr. Rodriguez’s office by accident two years ago and I was very please with her and her staff. Due to my medical Insurance I had to go somewhere else, well I still have the same situation now, but I made the conscientious decision to go back to her even though she is not in my plan yet. I figured that if I have to pay such a high deductible might just well go to someone who is going to take good care of me. Her professionalism and traditional way of practicing medicine goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her office staff is very efficient, prompt service and same day appointments are available. I highly recommend her!

I made un appointment 2weeks ago and I call today the 10november she sad u dint have appoint she was the only one in the office she even ask for my insurance she didn't care she just sad make other appoint the 2 desember knowing I'm waiting for 2weeks already this is terrible I'm having terrible ear pain
