Yassine Jamil Daoud, MD

Dr. Daoud operated on my left eye to replace my lens with an artificial one. This took place at the Wilmer Eye clinic at the Johns Hopkins hospital. He was not diligent and seemed to be in a hurry to move on to his next case waiting in the nearby room in the operating room. As a result he did a poor job placing the artificial lens. It is skewed to the side, ie. not centrally place, thereby rendering my vision still blurry in that eye. He is volume?money driven. I would not use him again or recommend to anyone.

Always professional, courteous, patient, and kind. Tracked my cataracts for a number of years before we decided it was time for surgery. Recently had both cataracts removed by Dr. Daoud. Surgeries were successful and went without a hitch. Care by this doctor and the support staff was excellent.

Dr. Daoud's amazing value far exceeds his incredible skill as a surgeon. He is devoted to his patients, pleasant, personable, and inspires confidence. I feel fortunate that I chose him to be my ophthalmologist for my cataract surgery. He is wonderful and I recommend him without reservation.

I have had cataracts removed from both eyes by Dr Daoud. The first was nov 2017 and the second was May 2019. Both surgeries were painless, anxiety-free, and very customer-friendly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Daoud treated me for acathamoeba infection. He prescribed a drug not approved for acathamoeba, but didn't inform me that I was part of a clinical trial. That, along with six other drugs he ordered, left me with glaucoma, optic nerve damage and cataracts. I have little vision in the eye he treated. He puts his research first. Be careful if you are relying on his treatment.

Dr. Daoud has treated my eyes for the past 4-5 years; I had surgery, routine eye care, and guidance. This was done in the most professional and careful manner.

I would give Dr. Yassine Daoud a score of 10 in every ares.He performed surgery on my eyes, Both surgerie's were most successful. I am most grateful to Wilmer for having the knowledge to employ him.
