Staff was rude and incompetent. OD was rude and and talked down to the patient. Had a 10:00 appointment, was not seen until 11:00. In the middle of the appointment was told that nothing was covered by insurance. Paperwork was grabbed when at was suggest to bill me. Was then told by OD they could not continue with the services required until the bill was paid.
