Dr. Eleanor Kim Min, OD

So we were 15 minutes late getting to the appointment (after witnessing a serious auto accident and stopping to help/call 911). They agreed to still see us, but we would have to wait. Fine. What we didn't know was that Dr Min would basically come in, introduce herself while her face was reading the screen (literally only saw her face for like 1 whole minute total!), RUSH my kid through the mechanics of checking the eyes and just hand a prescription in under 10 minutes!!! I had to literally try to slow her down to ask a question before she showed us the door! I'd never met her before, and was shocked because her behavior was absolutely unnecessary. She talked AT me and disregarded the fact that she was dealing with a child who shouldn't be rushed into saying what they're seeing! She offered no information from the tests, no advice, tips, nothing! Anyway, I wouldn't advise you to see her if you're looking for something other than conveyor belt practice. However, the tech was amazing! I… wish she was the doc! I expected more having traveled from another state to see a Hopkins doctor. Shock on me. Not again. Very disappointed.

I was on time for my appointment but the front desk was backlogged and by the time I was checked in I was late and she refused to see me. Unacceptable.
