Extremely likeable and accommodating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Abdullah's for several years and was happy until the new ofc mgr started. Don't know what happened but it seems now it is all about money and not the patient. I needed an okay for a prescription refill for minor cholesterol. Ofc mgr said I need to visit every three months to get a refill. I get an annual physical with bloodwork. I only visit the doctor if something else occurs between visits. I was last there about 7 months ago. Office manager said there would be no approval for refill without a visit. I asked to speak directly to the doctor. The office manager's exact quote was "the doctor has absolutely no interest in speaking to you about this matter; however if you'd like me to schedule you for a telemedicine appt. I'd be happy to do it." Looking at me or talking to me will not indicate what my cholesterol level is. Of course, there is a charge for the telemedicine appt. I don't need an appt. so often but ofc mgr said that's the way it is.… Unacceptable.
