Dr. Yie-Wen Yuan Kuan, PhD

My experience with Dr Kuan was the worst among worst. She is like a bad teacher judging here and there, showed zero empathy to your sorrow and just criticized you saying "you did things wrong, why don't you change?" She just like to talk about herself, like how experienced she is, and what other similar patients behaved ---- with criticizing words that I am sure her patients will be annoyed if they hear what she said behind them. I doubt her professionalism as a psychologist, and I highly doubt her integrity as a person.

I am honored and happy to be able to write my mindful and positive review for D. Kuan. She has been my psychologist through my stressful management work career, a stroke and has guided me to my joyful retirement. Throughout this time she has been supportive, thoughtful, resourceful, patient, giving and forgiving. hee gentle communication style, professionalism, expertise and experience has encouraged my development, problem solving and acknowledged my intelligence, moving me toward a state of genuine mindfulness and well being. I am happy, well and at peace with myself due to her counsel and guidance. I am happy to be on my journey to health and well being and to have Dr. Kuan accompany and support me in my life!
