Dr. Yigal Samuel Litvin, MD

3 calls to his office. No return call. The worst. He was referred by Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington.

I have to agree with the other reviews. Rude staff and Dr. Litvin gives off the vibe that he is looking down on me if he is listening at all and my issues were not a big deal. Well they are a big deal to me. That's why I went to see him. The whole office could use some bedside manner training.

The staff in the office is terrible! The girls that pick up the phone are incompetent and the nurses are rube! I don’t think I will be returning even though the doctors are good! I know that it might sound crazy but I deal with the staff more than the doctor and the last few times they were so rude that I cried (I was in a lot of pain but they seemed not to care). They gave me an attitude! I’m done with this office!

Hard to reach the office between 12-3pm to re-confirm appointment. A doctor's office should have staff available and lunch coverage.

I found the staff courteous and friendly, the office immaculate and Dr Litvin to be an extremely nice guy. Also, if I had questions after my appointment, the staff was very prompt in returning my call. Most important Dr Litvin is a fine doctor with a very reasonable approach. I am more than satisfied.

DR LITVIN - You can talk to him

Dr. Litvin is a nice guy. For all I know, he may be a great doctor for people with easily diagnosable issues. However, I came in with a little bit of a more complex problem, and he performed NO physical exam, ordered NO tests before he sent me out the door with an Rx that only made matters worse. It gave me frequent UTIs for which he prescribed antibiotics that gave me a horrific allergic reaction. The nasty desk staff refused to let me speak to any doctor and assured me it was not the medication they precribed that gave me a reaction. They are useless and rude, especially in case of emergency.

I find the office staff to not be kind, but the doctor is the best.

Received a call from my primary doctor regarding radiology test results that this doctor wrote a script. Tried to call office several times for information- never rec. 3 days later. Extremely hard to reach this doctor or to get a live person on the phone. You should be ready to listen to 5 minutes of prompts. Marlboro office is very difficult to get a follow up visit. Your next appt. will be Long Branch or Neptune. Doctor spent about 3 minutes with me and I left the office in pain. Went to another doctor the next day who spent time and helped me.
