1. Annual medical check: paid co-pay 2. Come back to see results: paid co-pay (normally no need to pay, so I see many people argued at front desk) 3. Come back to see additional test result: paid co-pay 4. Come back to see another test result: paid co-pay (called you to come, so they can make money on co-pay) Doctor is nice, but just tries to make more money.

I've seen this doctor as well as her husband Dr. Xi in the past. I never have good impression about this doctors. They don't answer the phone correctly. When they go on vacation they don't even bother to leave a brief message to inform the patients. We have to keep calling and calling or show up at the clinic find out that they're closed.

They could not locate my X-ray report even after I called many times

Worse experience ever!!!! Don't spend time with me and I waited so long for just a 5 minute visit??? Also they charge co-pay randomly, it is not a necessary thing. Do body check and never tell you the report. Also when my father was checked on the blood pressure and it was really high, but the doctor did not prescribe any medication for this, so we had to head to the office another day and paid for the stupid co-pay and ask for a prescription .

When I go to see Dr. Chen I sign in and wait the most maybe 5-10 minutes before I am triaged by the nurse and then the doctor comes in to see me shortly. If the clinic is full naturally there is a longer wait but most times I am in and out in 20 minutes, which is good and bad. Unfortunately Dr. Chen doesn't ask much questions only what is relevant at the moment, writes a prescription and sends you on your way. It took her almost 8 months to realize I was a diabetic (even though i told her on my first visit. I take diabetes meds, and it was in my records) and she was genuinely stunned. She is a very nice person, never treated me rudely in any way and I honestly don't plan on changing doctors anytime soon. She has treated me effectively and accurately with whatever illness i come down with, so i don't mind the casualness. The nurses are so sweet and they are genuinely caring and very compassionate. Overall the office there is amazing and I love going there if I get sick, they fix me up… quick and its not a huge ordeal.
