I just spoke with Alex , I explained my situation, he was good listening, really polite and professional. He keep me in hold and fix my problems. To be honest I was so upset because I had problems with my medication. But Alex fixed. I love this clinic and I respect doctor Bechay and I love doctor ball , he always nice . Anyway please we need customers service like Alex . Thank you so much Alex .

When a receptionist is harmful to your wellbeing— I called their office for weeks for an urgent Rx refill. After finally getting a hold of EVA the receptionist, she immediately grew defensive and guilty about her NEGLIGENCE and told me to "Find a different doctor." In addition, the RX was lost in transit. I have never been GASLIGHTED and treated so POORLY by an establishment! Please make sure to beware with referring loved ones to this office.

I have been with this Doctor for years! I am very satisfied. Well experienced, rounded and knowleagable Doctor. He went the extra mile with tests and diagnosis. He also followed up afterwards by phone! I defiinitely recommend him. BTW, his new office is also very clean and convenient!

While it is easy to obtain an appointment and the doctor and staff are pleasant and courteous, the office is small and dirty, the doctor doesn't spend enough time with you to come to a complete, accurate diagnosis and there is no follow up after the visit.
