Dr. Wong was so kind, professional, and personable. Wonderful experience. He calmed my fears and assured me we would figure out my ear issues together as a team. He's a good doctor but an even better man.

Dr was aware of my problem and medication taken and prescribed by referring physician ahead of visit, suggested appropriate adjustments and potential procedures if medication doesn't result in further improvement, and scheduled necessary procedure ahead of follow-up appointment. Dr answered all questions and recommended several ways to alleviate the condition in the meantime, making visit fast and smooth.

Physical examination of my ears was painful and left me bleeding and in pain for a couple of days following the visit. Proper attention to my discomfort wasn't given, especially by the student doctor.
