She does NOT care about her patients and will just drop them like flies if she thinks you will eat her out!!! She could not care any less. She only cares about her drinking and pretends to care about you and your issues to pay for her habit. Horrible horrible horrible

I had an appointment with Dr. Reed d/t my blood sugar being consistently low. She said there was nothing she could do about that, which is fine. So since i already had this appointment I figured i should at least get something out of it, and asked to be put on Birth control, to which she referred me across the hall to a gyno. Which is also fine. What's NOT fine is the fact that my bill came out to over $600, and with my insurance was still $200. (No, this isn't because of a deductible) When I called and asked why my five minute appointment was this high, the staff could not answer my questions and even laughed at the fact that i was confused over the price. Not worth your money. Find a doctor that actually cares.

Myself, my husband, my sister and my niece have all been treated by Dr Reed for well over 10 years and would never consider changing doctors. She practices medicine because she genuinely cares and wants to help you. She is the ONLY Dr in Cleburne I will see because of the total trust I have in her. If its a problem she doesn’t treat , I see the doctors in Ft. Worth. I have read the other reviews and was appalled that anyone could be negative regarding her treatment of them. I will admit that over previous years she has had staffing problems as most offices do but I have never seen her facility dirty and if in deed it was, I can assure you she addressed the problem immediately! If your looking for a doctor that is caring, honest to a fault and knows her stuff, she’s the one for you. I just pray I’m long gone before she retires.

Floors had not been swept in days, let alone mopped. Exam tables did not have paper covering them and were noticeably dirty, with dandruff covering one and dust so thick you could write your name on the other. There was no soap or paper towels, no gloves either. The counter was had dust so thick you could write in it and the sink was disgustingly dirty. Dr. Reed complained about her patient load and did not bother to obtain medical history before suggesting medication changes. Equipment was antiquated and some did not work. Dr. Reed appeared frazzled. Office staff was dressed exceptionally unprofessional (gym clothes - bicycle pants, sleeveless see through shirts, blue hair, etc.). There is obviously no investment in this medical practice.

Had been in the office with her about 2 minutes. I was in mid sentence & she held up her finger and said just a minute and left the room, waited and waited, probably 15 minutes. Finally went to the front desk and asked where she was. I was told she had left. When I got to the parking lot I saw her with her white coat still on, wandering around looking in car windows. That was my second and last appointment with her, I never went back....
