I went to Lodi Urgent Care and saw Dr Wardak today. I called multiple urgent cares and no one would do a simple surgical clearance for Kaiser patient. Finally, Dr Wardak said sure. got and EKG and some labs and had my papers signed in no time. they don't take Kaiser insurance, but payment was reasonable. Thanks Dr Wardak.

I have seen Dr Wardak for over 3 years. He is always prompt, ready, polite and a good diagnostician. he takes time to explain the problem. his appointments are available adequately. I appreciate his care and the efforts of staff in providing such a caring environment.

I have been with Dr. Wardak for 4 years now. He and his staff have always been 100% understanding, caring, they listened to me and offered multiple solutions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I have always felt in control of my health care while in Dr. W's care.

I met DR wardak for an urgent UTI problems, and the appointment was a breeze. walked in, gave urine sample and I was sent to pharmacy for meds with a letter for clinic visit. The prescription was already at the pharmacy, and with in one hour I was feeling much better, because he was kind enough to include Azo in my prescription. I liked the office staff. They were nice and caring. thanks guys.

I met Dr Wardak twice. have had pretty good experience compared to my previous PCP. staff is pretty good too and helpful.
