Awful doctor. Intentionally tries to make his patients life worse. He will never give you results to your tests. He will never respond to any questions or concerns you have. Worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. Physician told me to report him to NC Medical Board. Do not trust anything he says, he will send you to hospitals that don't take your insurance and make you pay out of pocket.

Pathetic white male makes nurse wheel him around due to broken ankle instead of using a wheelchair or crutches. Extremely late in getting to room where patient is waiting. Adds on tests and visits to diagnose. I never give poor reviews, but this MD is an acceptance.

His nurse Courtney Thrift needs to be fired. She's rude, hateful and disrespectful.

Did not even do exam or get up from desk and prescribed meds after waiting a long time for an appt. No exam, nothing. Shame and. waste of time and still don't know what is wrong. Had to rebook with another neurologist elsewhere.

Dr Potter was condescending and rude. He told me 2 different treatment plans on different visits, forgetting what he told me the previous time. Did not seem knowledgeable on my condition. Staff in Mebane was extremely rude.

Nurse is very rude. Doctor told me to communicate using online chart. Nurse not to bother. said that was rarely checked. Doctor said he checked it daily Had medication question, nurse said in message via online portal that I was taking the wrong dosage, should be 1 pill not 2. It was right above the message where the same nurse said the doctor wanted me to increase to two pills. Had an appt for tomorrow, got message it was cancelled due to me cancelling the tests too many times. I cancelled once because I was ill. The other two cancellations were done by their staff due to tech being sick.

I am a young woman who had a stroke. I came to the doctor looking for answers and help, especially with my memory and reasoning. He offered none. He made one referral to a UNC cardiologist, which I already had a Duke cardiologist and was medically cleared. And nothing else. He never ordered therapy for my cognitive concerns. He never ordered PT for my balance, as I had fallen numerous times. And, when I questioned him about my plan of care, he discharged me from the practice. I found him to be ill informed, apathetic, and narcissistic as he did not allow any questions. He wasted my time for a year and now my chances of recovery are very slim. It was no matter to him. I lost my job, he still had his.

Overall excellent and his NP is as well just need to be better with informing pts about test results.

About 2 years ago, I was referred to Dr. Potter to seek care for a month long non-stop migraine attack. He was kind, patient, took the time discuss options, and prescribed the correct medicine, that finally helped me. I was highly satisfied.
