Dr. Zachary Mark Shook, MD

As a person Dr. Shook is very nice and he has a good bed side manner. He really appears to care. He does have some negatives. In my opinion, doctors need to be more curious about what is going on related to health symptoms the patient is having. One time I brought in a handwritten list of many symptoms to share with Dr. Shook, including one very serious symptom. He did not keep the list given him or research what might be happening. Luckily, I did my own research and found a doctor who diagnosed the problem quickly and basically saved my life.

Very conscientious, astute &kind. Has cared for me & my husband for years.

I have been seeing Dr. Shook for a few years. He is primarily helping me manage my diabetes and other chronic health issues so I see him at least four times a year. He never rushes me out of his office. Listens carefully to what I say to him and engages me in a good interactive conversation. I feel that I am healthier because of him.

The Doctor who really listens to you. He takes his time with you, he is not a rush in and out . I would recommend him and this practice to everyone.

Very easy to get an appointment and not much wait time. I'm not sure he understood the problem and there seemed to be a lack of concern in obtaining a diagnosis and/or a referral to someone who could help. Still waiting for relief
