WORSE DOCTOR EVER!!! POINT BLANK PERIOD!!

Review of Dr. Zelda Johnsons office on Cowardin Street in Richmond, VA.This was the worst doctor's office experience I have ever had. To begin with, the office is dirty. I had to take another shower after I got home because of how dirty I felt after I left. The chairs were stained, the kids toys had dirt caked up on them, and the floors seemed never to have been vacuumed or swept. Thats just the beginning. I filled out my form explaining I was there for a wellness visit/physical and waited approximately 20-30 minutes to be called back (which is pretty normalI guess). The nurse assistant (She may have been a studentat least thats what I heard the case nurse mention.) took me back to do my vitals so my physical/wellness visit could begin. They ended up forgetting about me. I was back in the office for about 45 minutes to an hour. I walked out of the exam room and asked the doctor if I needed to make another appointment while she was standing in the hallway. The doctor looked… around at the exam rooms and said I was next. She came in the exam room and asked what I was there for. That was probably the 3rd time I was asked! They kept getting confused for what I was there for when it was clearly written on my form that it was for a wellness visit/physical. I again told the doctor I was there for a wellness visit/physical and made mention of I was interested in the weight management program. I could see the dollar signs in the doctor's eyes. That was all the doctor ended up talking about and left the room. I never saw her again except for when I declined scheduling a next visit. All I ended up doing while I was there was getting my height, weight, heart rate, temperature, eyes checked, and gave a urine specimen. I never ended up getting my physical because after 2 hours it was time for me to go. I wasted my time, energy and money (mine and my insurances). This place is horrible.
