Primacare more like Prima-Doesn’t Care! Negligent and unethical to a disturbing degree, puts patients in danger by allowing critical medication gaps. EPILEPSY is not something to gamble with, even after an appointment was made they refuse to give an emergency supply to bridge the gap. I am disgusted at their complete apathy for their patients. Their response was “OH WELL!” which is pathetically vile & immoral. Medically negligent too!

I have been on CPAP for 2 years and have gone for regular rechecks every 6 months, but I have no idea how I am doing with it because, whenever I go in for a recheck, I am told that "they have forgotten to download the data" from my CPAP, so I am simply rushed out to the front desk where they make another "recheck" appointment for me in another six months. I can understand forgetting once, but they have literally "forgotten" EVERY SINGLE TIME. Of course, they never forget to bill my insurance company. That they always remember. I am disgusted and am planning to switch doctors. There is NO excuse for this. I honestly think it borders on insurance fraud to bill for rechecks when you are not discussing any data with the patient at all because you forget to download it every single time. My recheck appointments are literally 2 minutes long. It's ludicrous.

Doctor Morcos is a horrible doctor and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy. I try to explain my symptoms and he treats me like I'm lying to him, he was rude to me, and so was the staff that work there, they are always rude to people. He told me I have post concussion syndrome, and 5 months after my symptoms are still very bad, and he told me there is nothing else he can do, to go see a disability doctor. My symptoms are worsening by the day and he is doing nothing to try to help me out! He should have his license taking away!

Dr. Marcos diagnosed my mother's normal pressure hydrocephalus when other doctors, even another neurologist, failed to do the necessary testing. He is a brilliant man. He's been treating my mother for almost 10 years and I always accompany her in the office. He has always been respectful and professional, and it is comforting to have a doctor who knows their stuff.

He pushes his sleep apnea on people. I told him i'm not sleeping well. He sets me up with a appointment to get tested, While waiting for the appointment I buy a new pillow and fix the problem! I cancelled the appointment and he send a letter of discharge to me for not following his orders. He's a quack!

Pill pusher his staff real unprofessional uped the dosage without knowing what's wrong and can't get CPAP because they don't follow through with paper work should be out of business people are uneducated in fall river this prima care only hired the doctors that no one wants

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea many years ago. When I came to my present location I had an updated sleep study. Months ago, I had been having trouble with my bi-pap and was trying to work things out with the doctor's office. They were not helpful. Finally they changed the pressure, only to find out that the new pressure was way too low. I have been trying to get responses from the office. The other day, I called another neurologist so that I could change doctors. They couldn't see me for months, but I made an appointment anyway. As I way explaining to this receptionist who was very nice to me, she was able to look up the notes from Dr. Morcos office. She read to me the last note that was on my record of my call. It was a very extensive note of my last call to Dr. Morcos office. When I finally got a call back today from Dr. Morcos, he accused me of lying when I told of all the calls I had made. He said that his records don't show it. He was so unkind. I can't… wait till I can see the other doctor. I would never recommend Dr. Morcos. There is a big problem with communication and documentation there.

This man came in just as I was getting discharged (had no idea he was coming in) & wouldn't allow the discharge until an mri was done. Without looking @any previous tests, he said I had a stroke & needed to stay another day. Did not discuss the mri with me @ all & another md needed to come in to cover his incompetence.

Don't waste your time or money on this Dr.

He is rude. He is a know it all and no matter what you tell him about yourself, he doesnt believe it unless he sees it. I found him to be incompetent. I switched doctors!
