Each and every time I have been to this office my wait times were in excess of 2 hours and sometimes 3 hours. There is absolutely no excuse for this lack of respect of their patient's time. The icing on the cake was I was at the office on a Thursday, given a 24 heart monitor to wear and return the next day, which I did about 6:00PM. I then kept receiving a bill for my co-pay of $45. When I called the billing department to question how they could charge for returning a monitor they said "the technician had to read the report". I told them I did not see a doctor, did not see a technician, did not see a nurse, just handed someone still at the office as it was after hours the monitor. If I had blood work done at a lab, and the results are faxed to the office or the doctor logs in to get my results, they don't charge to read your lab results, so why would this be any different? I asked why wouldn't they enter the charge the day it was assigned to me and was told they bill it out when it is… returned. To me it is pure GREED. Needless to say I switched cardiologists and now am in and out under an hour even when tests are performed.

Waited over one hour and never saw the doctor

My total wait time was over 3 hours, to see him. He is arrogant, does not answer questions nor did he review the results of the multitude of testing his office staff did. I asked specifically what my results were; he did not bother to review my results upon questioning. I will NEVER go back to him. I am an RN. He auscultates the heart through clothing: sign of a sloppy MD.

THIS DOCTOR "ZIAD ABBUD" SAVED MY LIFE. ALWAYS THERE FOR HIS PATIENTS. EVEN WILL GIVE YOU HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER. WANT THE BEST HEART CARE? DO YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES A FAVOR. YOU WANT THIS DOCTOR. CALL HIM PLEASE

Excellent Doctor. Thorough, personable, caring. Totally trust him. Occasional lengthy waiting period but small price to pay for the level of care.

Seems interested in ordering as many test as possible to maximize profit

The wait when you arrive at the office can be long at times, but, worth the wait.
