I went in paid my co-pay she said it is not hives, it is above my payscale. I was so disappointed I should be reimbursed for my payment and no charge to insurance. I would put zero but she was friendly, I did call office for refund heard nothing yet, will call my insurance tomorrow, that is a rip off in my opinion.
