Allina Health Richfield Clinic

I am a patient of Dr Emma Duncanson and have been trying to get in contact with her or her team for three days now and am getting nowhere. No one will even pick up a phone and call me! I’ve had migraine issues for three days now. Dr Duncanson approved the sumatriptan refill but with no refills. It’s a major problem to get the prescription filled in under 24 hours. I end up waiting with a migraine headache for that time and it’s then harder to get rid of it! Three days and no response from the team even though multiple messages have been left to call me!!! What am I supposed to do? This is not the healthcare I signed up for!!!
