WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! Worst experience ever! Once you have a surgery/procedure, they get their money and they do not care the out come. From the staff to the doctors and up to senior management there is Terrible follow through. They didn't return phone calls in a timely fashion, rescheduled appts till it became detrimental to my healing and they take no accountability at all. I got lost in the shuffle of a doctor/nurse team leaving and after trying to get assistance for months, I have been told it is what it is and they see nothing wrong with the outcome!!

I had a consult on TKR scheduled surgery with no preop w/Dr. Stickney. Never explained what to expect. Never spoke to my Wife before or after Surgery. Had severe problems, office Never called back after 2 attempts. Went to Urgent Care. Dr Stickney has no bed side manners. Knowing how disgusted we were, he never came in to talk to us at my 2 post op appts. Never received called from no one. This is why we canceled my 2nd TKR with another Dr @ another facility. Will never recommend
