When the receptionist did appear, she refused to acknowledge me. She walked right past the window and started messing with papers on the far side of her computer. The nurse that brings the patient out, a blonde, does not go over any instructions with the driver. Dr, Shafi thinks it’s okay to go over his findings with the patient, while they are still waking up from the anesthesia. So, now we have to wait 3 weeks to find out what all he said. The nurse should know to let the mom-medicated person in on what the doctor has ordered. All of the ugliness today could’ve been avoided if the staff had taken courses in understanding; compassion; and… professionalism. This place is just another drs office that treats their patients as a number; hurry up, get them, and then out. Ask the receptionist, she will tell you that herself
