My last visit was Horrible and I was so disappointed and in A Lot of Pain that I had to go to the Urgent Care Center All because of the Surgery Center Horrible Nurse employee, Heather Atkinson, Manager of the Surgery center and Dr Michael Cushing, ALL FAILED to get Accurate Information from me. My last Surgery 8 years ago, the Doctor came into My Surgery Prep Room himself to talk with me and My Driver who waiting for me. I was kicked out of the Surgery Center with No Legal Support for Me and My preparation of the Driver and the Caregiver, Whom We All had spoken about what All Our Responsibilities for the Surgery and the 24 Hours Day. For No Legitimate Reasons. I was told to Leave which was Humiliating and Confusing to me and Deeply Disturbing by this and I was forced to leave the Surgery Center ALL because of the Fussy Mean Nurse who came in my Surgery Prep Room , without saying, Good morning and I was so embarrassed and SHOCKED that she was going on like this and did not care about… the Door was wide open anyone could hear, Neither cared about me the Patient. Neither did she Verify My Driver or My Caregiver correctly and accurately and she was Determined to Keep Me from having Surgery in the GBJ Surgery Center. The Center was ALL of a sudden A Haunted House! I was just thinking about How Early I arrived at the Georgia Bones and Joint Surgery Center in Newnan in Excruciating Pain and I coulda’t barely use my Right Arm and Fingers because of the Freeze Up thing from the Torn Ligaments , on my Dormant Arm. Strangely enough, I had become depressed because of the same mean and unprofessional Nurse went and told the Doctor that I came in an UBER, so the Nurse said Dr Cushing said, I Need to Leave, How Unprofessional, and Cruel Unorganized and Utterly Horrible Experience , the Nurse and Surgery Center did this to Me. I was utterly devastated by this, my Driver was stunned and shocked and my Caregiver was Mad , Confused and Angry

Dr. Michael Gruber is my surgeon recently and five years ago...everything went well and I have reccommended him to several friends. About my physical therapist Jessica Mann GA bone Newnan. Great therapist and helped me immensely after two hip replacements. Thank y'all

I took my mother in for sudden on-set knee pain. The staff was very friendly and they took her ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. Dr. Gruber arrived and just as another review has stated, he was arrogant, condescending, no bedside manner, borderline rude and a poor listener. He was not respectful at all to my 87 year old mother. He did not introduce himself and within minutes was suggesting an 87 year old woman have knee replacement surgery. He knew nothing about her health background, lifestlyle and the only question he asked was, "are you diabetic?" To which she responded, "no." A few moments later, he said, "since you are diabetic, right?" He did not even listen to her when she answer his very few questions. He chastised her for using a wheelchair to get from the parking lot to their second floor office when she could barely bear weight on her leg! That is why she was there in the first place! When she asked him a question, he cut her off several times.… Family members have seen other doctors in this practice that are much better and were appalled when I shared how Dr. Gruber treated my mother. I highly recommend finding another choice.
