I am writing this review after multiple visits that revealed consistent problems with scheduling and patient communication. In my most recent experience, I arrived for an appointment that had already been rescheduled by the office weeks earlier. Despite arriving early, I was told I did not have an appointment. After sitting in the waiting area for roughly 30 minutes without any update, I was informed that my appointment time had been changed by the office to a later time without notifying me. Unfortunately, this reflects a pattern rather than a one-time issue. Over the past year, I have routinely experienced excessive wait times, often several hours beyond the scheduled appointment. Patients are rarely seen anywhere close to their assigned times, and this appears to be an expected part of how the practice operates. What stood out most was the response when concerns were raised. Rather than acknowledging the problem or attempting to resolve it, management was dismissive and offered… no apology or meaningful explanation. I was also told there was no higher level of accountability available to patients. Medical appointments already require planning and flexibility. Patients should not have to sacrifice half a day or feel disregarded when legitimate concerns are raised. Based on my experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider whether this practice respects patient time and communication expectations.
