I had been going to Dr. Stephen Levine and put my face in his trust for years. I had bellafill in my face and trusted him to help with the removal. I have gone twice over the last three years to address this ongoing problem and he said it is challenging to remove. can we remove it sometimes other tissue is affected, but we would work on it a little at a time He had specifically told me "" I would be married to him surgically" as we would continue to work towards helping and improving this. I trusted in and believed in his care Now with his sudden rocket to fame with supposedly doing all these celebrity facelifts, I am left in the dust unless I want to pay a $4500 consult fee that I do not get back on top of double almost triple the cost, which seems fine if you are a new patient . I would just think there would be exceptions for people that believed in him before . I'm just so disheartened by surgeons that do this. They're driven by money and fame instead of what is best for the… patient. I really did not see this out of him. he was a really amazing surgeon and really seemed to care about me and my issues . So now I am left in the dust with somebody who's already done previous surgeries and knows my face only to find someone new and does not have the experience with me. I'm just so sad hurt and disheartened I would be cautious by this kind of mindset in the medical community when dealing with current or past patients.
