My son needed to see a neurologist. It took several months to get an appointment then a few weeks before the appointment they called and canceled the appointment and tried to reschedule for a date another month away. They ended up rescheduling for a week prior not calling be back to give me the updated day and then forcing me to pay for not showing up to this "missed" appointment.
