If i can rate 0 stars, i would My first time to this doctor,i have been a patient at Temple university hospital for many years,i asked my doctor to refer me to a gastro specialist at a different location for an abdominal hernia as i feel like the doctors at temple don’t care for my health as much as they supposed to, when scheduling an appointment Maria was the first doctor available,took me quite sometime to get to the destination since i’am about 35 minutes away, with traffic on the highway and circling the block like four times looking for parking was terrible.when I finally found parking i paid two hours, walked to the location had to wait downstairs in line as i had to go to the 20th floor, finally on the front desk a few minutes late but receptionist called the back just to make sure doctor can still see me since i was like 10 mins late,they said ok that it was fine,there was noone in the waiting area only me, they called me in the room to take my weight and ask me a few… questions before seeing the doctor, then someone knocks on the door and tells me i’am so sorry but the doctor said to reschedule because i was a few minutes late, i reply why? Theres nobody in here but me,she really going to make me reschedule when it took me forever finding parking,paying for parking and getting there, and they said it was ok when they called the back, so i never seen the doctor nor talked to her or met her.i feel like she could’ve of been a little more understanding and nicer especially as there was noone there waiting, i feel like she was very rude and unprofessional and made me feel already very uncomfortable to a point where i don’t want to go back.
