Ridiculous. Worst front office staff I have ever had to deal with. If I hadn't called to confirm this morning, I would have showed up for a fourth appointment FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO RECORD. That's right, the fourth trip up there only to be turned away. Here's my previous review: Last year (2022) somebody called, ostensibly from the clinic, said I missed an appointment and that if I didn't schedule one TODAY, they would "take away your (cpap) machine." I scheduled. When I got to the office, I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Made a new appointment for a few months out. Showed up for that one. Was told AGAIN that they had no record. (This was last autumn.) Couldn't get an appointment until April. Looking fwd to today's appointment. I wonder if they will see me today.
