Never will I recommend this staff and this facility. STAY AWAY. This facility does not even earn a "1-star review", but unfortunately through this site, I am forced to leave 1-star as a minimum.
Scheduled an appointment for ongoing pelvic pain I have been having since 5-8-2024 (over 3 months now). The female who took my call was cold, rude, monotone, uncaring, (indicating how she hates her job, TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER). Overall, I missed my 9-12-2024 appointment, because they gave me the wrong time (8:45am, where upon checking later, I saw that "MyChart" online appointment clearly showed 9:15am). They were not clear on telling me that I needed to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Upon rescheduling, they now forced me to wait 6 weeks later, for 9-12, unfairly, even though I explained to them how I was having constant daily pains.
Today, 8-15, the office called me to cancel and reschedule later, which I explained to them, again, that I was having daily constant pain since 5-8.… She arrogantly told me I missed my first appointment, when I replied back to her, no, your staff gave me the wrong time. She continued to be rude to me on the phone arguing and I told her I am not here to argue with her. Unbelievably, she hung up on me. I received a message in "MyChart" stating she rescheduled my appointment without my authorization: called the office to cancel the appointment as I was no longer confident they would handle me with care and respect.
With everything stated, these are all the reasons I'll never recommend this facility and its ridiculously inhumane staff. I have not even step foot in this office and this is how they treat new patients upfront? A clear indication they need to reevalute their overall behavior as medical representatives they are to their Doctors they work for. They do not treat you like a human being, but as paperwork with no face. They should be extremely shameful of their bad attitude. AGAIN, THUMBS DOWN.
