Dr. Santos is very friendly and helpful. I really like that she prescribed me a Bio identical hormone cream. It is very helpful so I feel better.

I do not recommend this doctor. Her bedside manner is deplorable. She is condescending, belittling and rude. It was a complete waste of my time and I left the office in tears because of how she talked to me and made me feel. I was simply following my Doctor’s order and she made it very clear she was not interested in me or my health.

I’m a professional woman, 57. I have never been treated with such arrogance and rudeness as I have during my first and last visit with dr. M. Santos. Instead of reading my history she assumed some things which were wrong. When I tried to tell her the correct information she didn’t allow me to say it but raised her voice and talked over me as loud as she could. She was disrespectful and rude. If she doesn’t like people why did she become a doctor?

I loved Dr. Santos - she was very patient and thorough and took care of my problem. I am now making her my official gynecologist!!!

This is a doctor who should not be seeing patients. Her bedside manner is atrocious. I loathe the way I was treated.
