Dr. Yevgeniy M Bark, DDS

I have previously been a patient with Kaiser Permanente in Honolulu, Hawaii. My experience there exceeded all my expectations, all of the doctors were very caring, professional, and took the time to sit and listen to your medical issue or problems. My experience at the Largo facility was quite the opposite. I recently had my first appointment and the internal medicine doctor and physical therapist were very rude and impatient. I felt completely rushed, they asked only the questions they wanted and when I tried to ask questions or elaborate on anything they were very dismissive and did not address my concerns. And at several points told me I was taking too long and that they had other patients to attend to.
