I have been so happy with my entire experience with Dr. Wisser and his staff that I felt that I had to write down and express my feelings. When I met with Dr. Wisser I realized that he was more than a surgeon, he was an artist, and he was passionate about every detail of his patients’ experience and outcome. Their happiness and satisfaction with the result was everything. Immediately after the surgery, I awoke to what felt like an entire new me. Dr. Wisser had sculpted me into an amazing version of myself. One way beyond one that I imagined, and he was able to capture and realize through his incredible attention to detail, his passion for artistry and most importantly, his amazing empathy and caring he shows with everything he does. From the moment I scheduled my consult to when I actually walked in to the office I knew I had found the right team. Dr. Wisser & his entire staff are kind, friendly, professional & knowledgable. Dr. Wisser listened to my concerns regarding my aging skin, and offered realistic solutions. I did not feel rushed at all when discussing my concerns. Scheduling my procedure was easy. On surgery day, everyone from the anesthesiologist, OR nurse & Dr. Wisser kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable. When I woke up I was well taken care off, and before I knew it I was on my way home. Thank you Dr. Wisser. Thank you for saving my hand. I had a catastrophic accident four years ago. This accident crushed most of my right hand, crushing bones separating muscles splitting skin and tendons. I was blessed and lucky that Dr. Wisser was the plastic surgeon that the hospital called when my accident occurred. Close to a hundred hours of surgery and reconstruction has given me almost 70% function. With four fingers and a prosthetic device for my thumb my function has largely returned. Dr. Wisser precisely reconstructed fingers, nerves, tendons and skin to return my hand to very close to normal appearance. Dr Wiser's plastic surgeon precision has left my hand almost scarless. Dr Wisser and his support staff were available and responsive, knowledgeable efficient and kind. Two of my sisters supported me through hospitalization, surgeries and recovery. We all love Dr Wisser. I recently completed my third CO2 laser treatment with Dr. Jamie Wisser and I'm extremely pleased with the results. For years I have dealt with a large scar on the tip of my nose due to skin cancer surgery. I also had a lot of sun damage, age spots and wrinkles. Dr. Wisser is thorough, meticulous, and very professional. He spent a lot of time clearly explaining what to expect for my procedure to remove a basal cell carcinoma. His staff are friendly and communicate very well. The surgical center is state of the art and very comfortable. Not only did Dr. Wisser ease my mind before and during surgery, he accomplished the goal of removing all of the cancerous cells in a single procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Wisser- he is a gem.
