Prompt, always pleasant, asks if there is anything else you need at end of visit. He is always so nice and easy to reach if necessary.

From check in to check out the whole experience was great. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. The check in process is quick and easy. Dr. Friedman came in quickly —unlike most physician’s offices where I typically have anywhere from 25-90 minute wait. And then my time with Dr. Friedman was not rushed. Not at all. I felt like my case was the most important to him because he was focused on me. He was interested in what I had to say and he listened. Really listened. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman and his staff.

This man truly cares about his profession and patients. He was born to be a neurologist and it shines all through him with his ideas and excitement when he is working through something. He sure can make the best of an awful situation. Impressed would be an understatement. He is THE neurologist!

Dr. Friedman is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and willing to listen. So thankful to have found him for my husband’s difficult disease, and now seeing me.

to our surprise, we were accused of being disrespectful to the doctor. we were amazed when he said the front desk told him we would be trouble. we were early for appointment and completed the electronic sign-in and discovered that our appointment was changed from our written one. We asked why, no big deal, and that is all. the doctor told us he had family wellness issues of late during his accusation of disrespect. Hopefully, those family problems will not affect any future visits. His eventual thorough review of the MRI results indicate no issues. He thoroughly answered questions afterward. Seems to me that the front desk needs their own dressing down for disrespect of patients in their priming of the doctor for a rant. We are sympathetic for family wellness issues as we have had our share of similar to his 3 fold. Otherwise all was just fine.

So thankful for Dr. Friedman. So knowledgeable. He is easy to talk with. My husband has had problems for almost a year now. Found a doctor that I really believe in and feel so comfortable that he knows his business. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Such a kind and caring. Doctor, Really listens to the patient (my 90 yr old mother). Talked through different scenarios with her, asked about her concerns and discussed possible causes for her pain - ordered appropriate diagnostics and these were quickly scheduled. Can’t say enough about his excellent bedside manner with patient to. My husband was also a patient of his in the past Would highly recommend.

Have been a patient for a year! He has helped me immensely!! He is concerned, listens, and never stops looking for an answer if you are still uncomfortable! He’s been a life saver for me!

On time appointment, he is easy to talk to and you feel he cares. Takes his time with you and makes sure you understood everything that was addressed in visit.

New patient. Arrived 30mins early. Completed new patient paperwork (2 pages) & waited approximately 20 mins before taken to back room for the doctor. After a short medical history, was seen by Dr Jones (Dr Freidman’s) for 5-10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes before seeing Dr Friedman. Saw Dr Friedman. Very thorough & precise in his evaluation of my issue. Provided medical options as well as over the counter possibilities. I was very impressed with him & the entire staff. Would definitely recommend him & would return to his practice if needed follow-up.

Dr. Friedman has a great bedside manners. He was point on with me, and what I needed, I understood what he was saying to me. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Friedman. I give him a 5*.
