Dr. Shahzad Mahmud Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed was referred to me by my doctor, who is his partner because my doctor doesn’t cover what I needed. From the very first minute that he came into my room, he was warm and very friendly. I explained what I wanted and he told me why that wouldn’t help and suggested something else. I agreed to what he said and have followed up with that suggestion. On my next appointment, I told him that I was doing better and said that I could contact him at any point if I needed to talk to him. I would definitely recommend him if they wanted a friendly and knowledgeable physician.

Dr Ahmed assesses independently from any historical medical information he has not confirmed. He is thoughtful and candid. I am fairly early in my treatment but am confident in his abilities and care thus far.

He asked many questions of me, to try and determine the best course of action for my treatment, and patiently took me through the process for my procedure.
