Dr. Richard S Klein, MD

Hello. I have had severe worker's comp. injuries now for over ten years that have caused me a lot of anxiety, sleep loss and depression. The pain at times is very bad. I have had when my case was still open over 6 other therapists that helped me. Dr. Klein is the seventh and he, far away, is the BEST I have had help me. He is friendly, polite, a good listener and he has helped me more than any other therapist. He is also very competent and well educated. He does not prescribe medications, but he used to when he practiced out of state. His staff is polite and efficient. They are not real friendly, but I don't go there to make friends with the staff. It might just be me, but if you joke with them, they will usually give you a polite little smile and a very short response and then return to their work. Also, at times no one answers the phone there when the two staff members are at lunch, but that is normal. Oh, well. Nothing is perfect in this world, but Dr. Klein is really top-notch.… Another really good thing is that Dr. Klein is not picky about the type of insurance you have. At least, that is my impression and he does not overcharge. I would recommend him to anyone. There is nothing at all wrong with getting help from a therapist when you are undergoing stress. Psychotherapy is not only for crazy people. Have a great day. :)

Dr. Klein is a great listener and has an extensive knowledge base, as he is well educated. He came from another state, where he was licensed to prescribe medications, so he understands the biochemistry involved. He is a very nice man and very professional. He has a sense of humor and is good about accepting insurance, unlike some psyche's I have ran across before. Please disregard the negative review about noone being at the reception desk when he or she arrived. That has happened to me, but only at around lunch time. This doctor's office is fine. Where you actually talk to the doctor has a panoramic view of Arcadia and the surrounding area. He has a comfortable recliner and he lets you talk about what you want to talk about. He has a lot of experience also. I recommend him to anyone who is struggling with serious issues. FIVE STARS... He gave me the best psycho-therapy I have ever had, and I have been seeing a shrink for more than ten years now and have had about 5 or 6 other ones… under worker's comp..

Dr. Klein is a true professional therapist and a good human being. He listens well, has a sense of humor, and is very competent in his knowledge of his field. Although he is not licensed in this state to prescribe medications, he is in another state and therefore has a good understanding of how medications work. He gives good advice when you ask for it. I have no complaints about Dr. Richard Klein and only praise.

TAKE YOUR TIME TO RESEARCH DIFFERENT DOCTORS. I was seen by dr. Klein as he was referred to me by a doctor whom I trust and has referred me to amazing doctors in the past. Needless to say I did not take the time to research. The location has not been dusted or remodeled since 1990, there was no one to attend at the front desk when I did get there. And even worse, this doctor has been the only reason I have not received clearance for a surgical procedure. Dealing with them has been a true nightmare.

Dr. Klein "Got it' as soon as I told him what was happening. I am so glad to have the opportunity to work with him. I anticipate a very healing experience.
