Dr Judith Mathura is the Best Dr .

Dr. Judith Mathura is a kind, supportive, and intelligent physician. She managed my healthcare during the worst part of my life. I had just moved to Florida, and she was a gift from God. New cancer,chemotherapy, diabetes, and multiple surgeries. She referred me to all the right specialists. Thank you Dr. Mathura and staff!

Terribly unprofessonal staff who ignored my mom's shortness of breathe and declined to do a pulse ox check when asked. Then Cindy (MA) says we are on her lunch break while discharging us.

We've had Dr. Mathura for a couple of years. She seems OK. If I had one complaint about her it would be that she practice "defensive" medicine to an extreme. The problem is the staff is below average. Seriously looking into changing doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Judith Mathura for a few years. I like Dr. Mathura, but I have noticed a negative change in the level of customer service in the last year, especially since Melanie Johnson left (she was wonderful). I have to make several calls to the office to get a call back within 48 hours, which should not be the case for a doctor's office, especially when the patient is waiting for tests results. I had left three separate messages to make an appointment and finally made the appointment on the fourth call when someone actually answered the phone; they do not listen to their messages in a timely manner. Another time, I called the after hours service and received a call back three days later. They do not communicate well with other departments so I am receiving calls for referrals that have already been made. I feel as if there is a disconnect between departments and, unfortunately, that affects the patients. Overall, I am not convinced that they have a sense of urgency… regarding my overall wellness.

If your looking for a great doctor, Dr. Mathura is the one. She is very smart, has a great bed side manner, and only sends you for tests if it is needed. I have too say that I am a very, very, nervous person and she makes me feel so relaxed when I go too see her including her whole staff. I feel I am so blessed too have found her too be my doctor.
