Dr. Adam C. Randolph, MD

Dr. Randolph is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He is patient and kind, and always makes sure I am comfortable and stay in the loop about my care. He gives me all of his attention when in an appointment so I don't feel rushed or less important than other patients. I've never had a doctor that puts so much effort into proactively making sure I stay on track with my care plan.

Yeah, the truth hurts. Maybe he'll read this. He AND his administrative assistant-both professional disappointments. He flunks client/customer service. Waste of time and resources. Going elsewhere.

My appointment time was scheduled for 2:30 and my ‘arrival time’ was scheduled for 2:15. I arrived at 2:25 (due to traffic backed up on the freeway) and was told that the doctor wanted me to reschedule! … I won’t be rescheduling.

I am a colon cancer survivor and after my cancer surgery my doctors from a major hospital out of state recommended a colonoscopy every year then 2 after the results finally showed all clear. This doctor is saying It should have been every 2 years then every 5 years. That could be too late as I know people who have died because it wasn't detected early enough.

He is thorough and follow ups in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great doctor!
