I was referred to Dr. Nabh from the hospital due to my ER visit. He was quick to act on the issues I was having and getting the procedure scheduled. But on my follow up visit, once we were done talking about the results, he asked if I had a smart phone and would I write a review. He asked for my phone to show me the site, gave me back my phone and asked me to write the review. I said I will do it when I get home. He then reached over and hit enter giving him 5 stars and said that was all I needed to do. I thought that was odd. Because of that action, I'm writing this review and will find another GI doctor.

I have been dealing with GI issues for the past 5 years and have seen multiple doctors who have been unable to figure out what was causing my symptoms. Within 2 weeks of my first appointment with Dr. Nabh, he was able to give me a diagnosis and start a treatment. He is the first doctor I have seen for these problems who truly listened and wanted to get to the root of the problem. He is a great doctor and I am so happy I found him!

Dr. Nabh helped me so much. He was my attending physician when I ended up in the hospital with upper right quadrant pain. After the possibility of having a rare liver disease, I decided to go to the Mayo Clinic instead of the liver doctor Dr. Nabh recommended. After 3 months of seeing doctors, tests, labs, etc. I was sent home saying I had fibromyalgia and to go to pain management for trigger point injections. I was still having the pain and it was getting worse. I decided to go back to Dr. Nabh who referred me to a liver doctor. Within a few weeks I had a procedure where they found out I had sphincter of oddi dysfunction. Dr. Nabh is a great gastroenterologist. So glad I found him. His staff is also great. So nice and helpful!

Met him 1 time for a procedure for my dad in the hospital. Decided my dad now has a new GI doc. Dr. Nabh was quick and treated him like a human but did not recommend every test under the sun when they would not have helped

Dr Akash Nabh was eloquent in his services both at Banner Thunderbird hospital and my visit with Dr. Nabh at his office. Dr Nabh’s PA and nurses that cared for me at Banner Thunderbird were the kindest ladies that anyone could ask for. Dr Nabh’s staff at his office were excellent in their demeanor where their welcoming was heart felt and warming and I give them kudos to their professionalism. Sincerely Richard Avalos
